Capozzoli's savy personality, drive and work ethic has built a robust and growing business, becoming a leader in the specialty sauce and liquid co packing industry.
Quality Manager "Tom Sabel" 15+ years in Quality Control, Quality Assurance and Food Safety specialties in Certified HACCP Manager (AIB), Certified CQE (ASQ), Experienced with ISO, AIB, SQF and BRC 3rd party audits. Working for companies such as Hostess & Mars, Sabel brings a HQ / "High Quality" approach to the table to assure Culinary Copack stays on track, continues to grow and stays current with industry requirments & changes.
