Culinary CoPack is a custom manufacturer, packer and distributor of quality liquids and food sauce products. For over 30 years we have been manufacturing food service products as well as working with private labelers to develop just the right blend of ingredients to meet their unique specifications.

CEO/President/Owner, "John A. Capozzoli"  30+ years of expirience in the food industry. This includes manufacturing, research and development, engineering and equipment maintenance. Capozzoli's savy personality, drive and work ethic has built a robust and growing business, becoming a leader in the specialty sauce and liquid co packing industry.

Quality Manager "Tom Sabel" 15+ years in Quality Control, Quality Assurance and Food Safety specialties in Certified HACCP Manager (AIB), Certified CQE (ASQ), Experienced with ISO, AIB, SQF and BRC 3rd party audits. Working for companies such as Hostess & Mars, Sabel brings a HQ / "High Quality" approach to the table to assure Culinary Copack stays on track, continues to grow and stays current with industry requirments & changes.

The managment team at Culinary Copack works together to wear many hats and prides themselves in providing a fun and enthusiatic work culture while also applying a "Quality Mindset" adhearing to a strong work & food safe enviornment.
