Here are our open positions at Culinary Copack Inc.
Line Set up Tech -
Payscale =
Based on experience.
Schedule = Mon-Fri, 7am to 4:30pm Sat overtime during peak season.
We are looking for someone with 5 years experience preferably in the food industry. Good basic math skills. Calculate, lbs and gallons. Capable of setting up high pressure overflow fillers and oden step fillers. Setting up and cleaning all pumps and magnets. Conveyor rails set ups to support bottles being run (many various sizes). Dialing in pack west capping machine (caps for the bottles). Setting up a tamper band machine with the right band film for the bottle. Setting up the induction seal machine after the capper when needed. Setting up the heat tunnel for the tamper band machine. Setting up the labeler / this includes programming the right parameters and saving the information along with punching in the right label setting. Then weaving in the labels to be applied to the bottle. Setting up the video jet coders with the lot code for the bottles.  Keeping all equipment clean and workable. Reporting any damaged equipment immediately to supervisor.  Properly and legibly filling out documentation and turns it in promptly. Pays attention to details on paperwork.  Understand and complies with GMP’s = Good Manufacturing Practices. Attention to detail and quality. Has a sense of urgency. Will speak up and notify someone if something is not right. Participate in and drive the end of shift clean up.


Warehouse Person -
Payscale = Based on experience.
Schedule = Mon-Fri, 8am to 4:30pm Sat overtime during peak season.
We are looking for someone with a valid Illinois drivers license. 3 to 5 years of warehouse experience preferably in the food industry. Forklift expirence (sitdown gas & electric). Capable of doing cycle counts with good math skills. Very organized. Capable of picking and pulling orders. Verifying all Shipping & Recieving and goods. Properly and legibly filling out documentation and turns it in promptly. Keeps area clean.  Keeping all equipment clean and workable. Reporting any damaged equipment immediately to supervisor. Pays attention to details on paperwork.  Understand and complies with GMP’s = Good Manufacturing Practices. Attention to detail and quality. Has a sense of urgency. Will speak up and notify someone if something is not right. Participate in and drive the end of shift clean up. Some local pick up and deliveries in the company van.
